Lundstrom Homes

President and CEO Bob Lundstrom has been building luxury custom homes in southwest Florida for the past 35 years. His company has built over 150 custom luxury homes in some of the most sought after amenity-based communities in the Naples and Marco Island areas.

Bob's success has been built on a philosophy of honesty, integrity and competence. He and his team are dedicated to listening to their homeowners, fulfilling their needs and delivering the highest quality product possible. This approach has served them well and their results have been phenomenal.

For a number of years, Bob had been evaluating opportunities to enter the second home market in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia. However, he was unable to identify a single community that offered the right opportunity. That all changed when he visited Falling Waters. "People have begun to recognize the areas natural beauty, its pleasant weather and overall value. In short, many people find that the area offers them a great quality of life, a life they once had", says Lundstrom. Bob recognized that many of his current and past clients were "moving to the mountains" and it was a logical migration for his company as well. "The number of Southwest Florida residents, particularly those form Naples, Marco Island and Bonita Springs, who are making their way to the area is quite impressive". "It just makes sense for me to build their mountain homes as well."

Lundstrom's first home at Falling Waters is scheduled to be complete in August of this year. Appropriately named The Laurelwood (for all the mountain laurel and hardwoods that surround the home), this beautiful, four bedroom, four and one half bath home offers mountain home living at its best. Expansive outdoor living areas, massive rock fireplaces and an exterior that blend perfectly with the natural beauty of the home site. Materials such as board and batten, rock and rough timbers provide the home with an authentic mountain look and feel. When you arrive at this home, you know you have made it to the mountains. With over 4,500 square feet of heated and cooled living area, and with a vaulted lodge room that overlooks the high mountain peaks of Burnt Mountain, the Laurelwood will set the architectural tone for the community.
