The Kennemur Cottages are a grouping of six intimate homes situated just outside the planned amenity village. Each cottage is uniquely designed and will sit privately on no less than .75 acres. Each will be conveniently located to gentle walking trails, Kennemur Lake, Falling Waters Mountain Lodge and Twin Falls Trail. Kennemur Cottages will offer approximately 1,750 to 2,600 sq. ft of heated/cooled living space. The first two Kennemur Cottages are scheduled to get started before the end of this year.
