The Kennemur Cottages are a grouping of only six homes situated just outside the amenity village of Falling Waters. Each cottage will sit privately on .75 acres and will be a short walk from the gentle walking trails of the village. These cottages will offer approximately 1,950 sq. ft of heated/cooled living space and will include simple yet elegant design. Two of the six cottages are under contract and construction is scheduled to begin in early November 2008.
