Become a Preferred Falling Waters Broker Today.

• Soon, Falling Waters will provide all approved Brokers with Broker Tools. Brokers will access these tools via the Falling Waters website and will include a variety of e-mail templates. Select an e-mail template to send to your customer, or customize it to fit your customer's specific needs and interests.
• When your customers receive your e-mail message they will be asked to click on a link that takes them directly to the Falling Waters website. Your e-mail will ask them to register on-line to receive additional information on Falling Waters. Once registered, your customers are directly associated with you. Your customer will receive a complete Falling Waters brochure package and you will receive notification that your customers have successfully registered on-line.

Preferred Broker Referral Policy

1. All customers must be registered with A.S. Dover Communities via the Broker Referral form prior to customers visiting the sales office either by fax registration to Tammy Burns (706) 515-1610 or email registration to Peter Knutzen.
2. Customers previously registered with A.S. Dover Communities are not eligible for registration.
3. All qualifying customers not previously registered will then be registered with A.S. Dover Communities for a period of one year from the date of this registration.
4. Registration does not guarantee payment of a commission if the customers visit the site with more than one agent. Payment of a commission on a closed transaction will be based on procuring cause as defined by the Georgia Association of Realtors.

** All Falling Waters homes must be built by a member of the Falling Waters approved builder team.
