The mountain and lake setting at Falling Waters provides the perfect backdrop for family picnics and outdoor gatherings such as lakeside barbecues, s'mores by the campfire and concerts at the planned amphitheater. Nestled next to Kennemur Lake and surrounded by our future vineyard, the Falling Waters Amphitheater will have magnificent charm; including candlelight intimacy, a pre-event entertainment venue and great lawn seating for concert goers.

Falling Waters has also started work on the community's Primitive Discovery Area located deep within the community's green-space corridor. This camping area will offer residents and opportunity to camp "on campus" in a managed setting sure to create lasting memories for family and friends. Currently this area serves as the launching point to access the incredibly beautiful Clear Creek Trail.
