Exclusively offered to residents and guests of Falling Waters will be epicurean experiences unlike anything offered in North Georgia. Family and friends will gather for a celebration of flavor and friendship. Our plans call for a cultural center with full interactive kitchen offering a variety of classes focused on healthy living and eating. The culinary experience we envision for Falling Waters will be one of eco-gastronomy. More simply, a recognition of the strong connections between plate and planet. We believe that the food we eat should taste good; that it should be produced in a clean way that does not harm the environment, animal welfare or our health. We are honored to have Chef Michael Bologna from The Center for Culinary Arts and Paul Baldasaro, CFO at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, consulting with us to create the finest culinary program in the region. |
