Michael P. Bologna, CEC, CCE, AACChef Bologna is responsible for developing the Culinary Arts Program for Chattahoochee Technical College in Marietta, GA and is their lead instructor. Mr. Bologna is also a consulting chef/owner for The Awakened Palate, a culinary development company for the Hospitality Industry. He has created, designed and developed new casual dining style concepts for national restaurant companies. New product consultant and corporate chef for major food manufacturers in the areas of food design, flavor profiles, production and marketing. Michael was manager of Purchasing Operations for the Culinary Institute of America, were he created as well as implemented all food specifications for the college. Also, Food Service Manager for the Olympic Village, 1996 Olympic games. Chef/Proprietor of Nightingales' Country Bistro, New York, recipient numerous awards, 4 Star Ratings, Regional and National recognition, 5 Star Diamond Award. Ranked in the "Top 25" restaurants in the United States. Michael is the recipient of the 11 Alive Community Service Award and the Jefferson Award for Public Service - American Institute for Public Service, Washington, DC. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Mr. Bologna was also Chef Instructor and Foodservice Faculty member at:
